Basic structure

A simple carburetor is composed of three parts: the upper part, the middle part, and the lower part. The upper part has an air inlet and a float chamber, the middle part has a throat, a metering hole and a nozzle, and the lower part has a throttle. The float chamber is a rectangular container that stores gasoline from a gasoline pump. There is a float in the container to control the amount of fuel that is fed by the height of the floating surface (oil surface). One end of the nozzle in the middle of the nozzle is in communication with the measuring hole of the float chamber, and the other end of the nozzle is at the throat of the throat.
Working system
Such a simple carburetor still cannot meet the requirements of the internal combustion engine for the composition of the mixture under various operating conditions. Therefore, the general internal combustion engine, especially the carburetor used in the automobile internal combustion engine, also needs other systems, including the main oil system, the idle speed system, the enrichment system, the acceleration system and the starting system.
