Introduction
The fuel injector itself is a normally closed valve (normally closed valve means that when no control signal is input, the valve is always in the closed state; while the normally open valve is when no control signal is input, the valve is always in the open state). A valve needle moves up and down to control the opening and closing of the valve. When the ECU issues a fuel injection command, its voltage signal will cause current to flow through the coil in the fuel injection nozzle, generating a magnetic field to suck up the valve needle, and open the valve so that the fuel can be ejected from the fuel injection hole. The biggest advantage of fuel injection is that the control of fuel supply is very precise, allowing the engine to have the correct air-fuel ratio in any state. Not only does it keep the engine running smoothly, but its exhaust gas can also comply with environmental regulations.

Clogged nozzle
It can be dredged with a needle, and washed carefully after dredging. The large plane of the needle valve body is in poor contact with the plane of the injector body, or the cylindrical surface of the needle valve is worn out. If the large surface of the needle valve body is in poor contact with the surface of the injector body, chromium oxide can be coated on the plate for "8" shape grinding; if the cylindrical surface of the needle valve is worn out, the needle valve assembly should be replaced in pairs.
Poor sealing
The needle valve and the needle valve body are not well sealed, causing poor atomization or dripping of the fuel injection nozzle.
For this kind of malfunction, apply fine chromium oxide or toothpaste to the sealing tape at the end of the needle valve, but do not apply it to the cylindrical part, and then insert the needle valve into the needle valve body, knocking and turning until it is tight. After grinding, the chromium oxide or toothpaste must be washed away.
There is air
There is air in the oil circuit. Just remove the air in the oil circuit.
Poor oil supply
The oil transfer pump needs to be overhauled. If the oil pipeline joint leaks, try to connect it so that it does not leak.
Lack of elasticity
The spring force of the piston spring is insufficient or the spring is broken. The spring should be replaced.
Piston wear
Piston wear affects oil supply. The piston needs to be replaced.
