Classification
Because of the history of vane pumps, there are two types according to the different types. One) specifically refers to the sliding vane pump in the positive displacement pump. 2) Refers to the three pumps (centrifugal pump, mixed flow pump, axial flow pump) or other special pumps of power pumps. Such pump products are generally not called vane pumps. But as a monograph, vane pumps almost all refer to centrifugal pumps, mixed flow pumps, axial flow pumps, etc. According to whether its theoretical displacement per revolution is a fixed value or a variable value, it can be divided into a vane variable pump and a vane quantitative pump.
working principle
When the rotor of the vane pump rotates, under the action of centrifugal force and pressure oil, the tip of the vane is tightly attached to the inner surface of the stator. In this way, the working volume formed by the inner surfaces of the two blades, the rotor and the stator, first sucks oil from small to large, and then discharges oil from large to small. When the blades rotate one circle, oil absorption and oil discharge are completed once.
